Observation: Rodent dropping noted in several areas mostly in the back on shelving units, behind dry goods bins- front under cash register- under sink in the back, behind equipment in the back
Corrective Action(s): - Hire a pest control to identify point of entry and seal it
- Put more monitoring device, snap traps catch all traps

General

-Paper towel and liquid soap are provided at hand washing sink in front
-All coolers are maintaining foods at 4 degrees C
-All freezers are maintaining foods at -18 degrees C. or colder.
-Hot holding temp > 60 oC
- Bleach solution in spray bottle >100 ppm
-General sanitation is very good
-Good personal hygiene noted by staff
-Three compsink are labelled

All noted issues to be fully addressed prior to follow up inspection. A report re: correction to be submitted via email to the area inspector by Oct 31
