Follow up to health inspection report # MBEK-CCEUHX.
- Bleach water spray bottles labeled and bleach water sanitizer was measured at approximately 100 to 200 ppm chlorine.*
*Exception: One bottle of bleach water sanitizer started to bleach out test strip (over 200 ppm chlorine); diluted by staff at time of inspection to 100 to 200 ppm chlorine.
- Areas noted on previous report have been cleaned. In addition, flooring has been repaired in kitchen area and walk in cooler shelving replaced.
- Proper cooling practices observed (e.g. cooling in shallow containers in walk-in cooler). Internal food temperature of probed items (cooked then cooled) at 4 degrees C or less.
