The following has been corrected:
1. Two ice wands have been purchased - they go straight into the the food product and then into the freezer (Ensure temperature is 20C in 2 hours - before storing in cooler)
2. Dishwasher provided 50ppm chlorine for final rinse at plate surface
3. No open cans found in cooler at time of inspection
4. Ice machine has been cleaned
5. Lightbulb in walk in freezer has been replaced and is now working
6. Two staff have been registered for the Foodsafe Level 1 course online
7. New prep cooler has been purchased - at 4C
