Overall sanitation is satisfactory
Hand washing stations stocked with liquid soap and paper towel
Hot and cold running water available at all sinks
High temperature dishwasher in good working order; reached 82.1 C at plate level after final rinse cycle
QUAT sanitizer on site and in use; 200 ppm of QUAT detected from spray bottles; new set of wiping cloths are used each time.
All coolers are at 4 C or lower; freezer at -18 C or lower; ice machine maintained in sanitary condition
No sign of pests noted at the time of inspection
*Noted several boxes stored under oven table in the back kitchen. Ensure that underside of tables are organized for easier cleaning
**Plates to hold mugs on are stored under espresso machine. Ensure that these are stored in a clean shelf, protected from contamination.
***Noted 4 L jug of milk stored at room temperature during busy time. Ensure to have them stored at 4 C or lower when not in use and if left out at room temperature for more than 2 hours, must be discarded
