-Facility has undergone a name change - no change to legal ownership. Health Application to be completed. -Domestic refrigerator/freezer was at 4C/-17C. -Chest freezer was at -20C. -Foods cooked to greater than 74C. -Chemical dishwasher had a final rinse of 50ppm chlorine on the dish surface (minimum of 50ppm required for sanitizing). -Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. -Bleach labelled and tested at 200ppm. -General food storage practices good at the time of inspection.
