Routine Inspection: Hand washing stations fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water. Note: Still small prep cooler bit high - please keep temperature log and verify if the cooler must be serviced or replaced. Coolers maintained at or below 4 degrees Celsius. All freezers maintained below -18 degrees Celsius. Thermometers for cold units - available. Hot Holding Unit (soup) at 85C. Bleach available - onsite. Surface sanitizer at 100 ppm. Low temperature dishwasher sanitizing with 50 ppm chlorine. No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection. General maintenance and sanitation excellent at the time of inspection.
