Comments

Vegetable peelers observed in sanitary condition. Ensure food utensils are properly cleaned to remove all food debris after use.

Premise cleaning has been completed. Both dry storage rooms - floor, walls and shelving free of debris.
Kitchen coolers have been cleaned and in sanitary condition. Kitchen shelving, floors and hard to reach areas free of grease and food build-up.

Note: Paint over-spray on steel counters is to be removed prior to using them for food preparation.
