Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand-washing sink was obstructed with trays of food (bacon) in the kitchen prep area at time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to keep hand-washing stations clear of obstructions at all times. The hand-wash stations must be accessible (and supplied with soap and paper towels) to promote good hygiene amongst food handlers.
