-front sushi area - left corner back of storage shelves and work counter. and storage cabinets at cash register station

Corrective Action(s): All areas to be thoroughly cleaned with detergent to remove all debris, grease, food and rodent droppings.
After cleaning all surfaces to be sanitized using 100 ppm chlorine 1 tbsp bleach / 1 gallon water.
