- All handsinks in front and back are supplied with hot and cod running water, soap and paper towel
- Sanitizer solution is available and is measured at 100ppm chlorine residual in spray bottles
- Food storage practices are satisfactory, all food items are stored off the floor
- Pest (flies) have reduced. A few were observed near mop sink. NOTE: Clean the floors and mop sink everyday to prevent fruit flies
- NOTE: Keep copies of FOODSAFE certificate on site for review
