Correction: Ensure that dispenser is placed near handwash sink in the front serving area. Also place paper towels in the back prep area.

Follow-up inspection to report # BSIA-CDGTSU See corrections. General Sanitation has been improved. Floor observed to be clean and free from build-ups. Sanitizer available in spray bottles 100-200 ppm chlorine detected. Reminders: Please ensure frequent clean-up is conducted. Cooling unit door handles and equipment faces are to be cleaned and maintained as daily. Wipe down non-food contact surfaces to remove build-ups. Sanitize food contact surfaces with sanitizer frequently or before preparing food on them. Temperature monitoring log observed and kept updated. Thank you!
