- Doors and handles of equipment in main cook line now maintained in sanitary condition. Floor sanitation in this area also satisfactory
- Ice cream scoops stored properly in dipper well with water running
- Dishwasher had 50ppm chlorine detected after final rinse cycle
- Ice machine has been cleaned and sanitized; new cleaning schedule log sheet started
- Inserts in main cook line stored in sufficient amount of ice, with contents measuring at 4-5C; reminder to keep these inserts fully submerged in ice
- Soap dispenser for hand sink in main cook line area has been installed
