Observations: *Hand sink stocked with liquid soap and paper towels. *Bleach sanitizer available@ >100 ppm - spray bottle/bucket *Dishwasher reached 75.9 deg C at plate surface. *Cooler units @ 4 deg C; freezers @ -18 deg C *Temperature available and up to date. *Kitchen staff have valid Food Safe I (expires 2026). *Food Dry Storage area - clean, all food stored on shelves. *Pest control monitoring in place. *General sanitation was satisfactory at time of visit. note: For future renovation, install a designated hand sink (stand alone).
