Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Two knives were observed stored in the space between the prep cooler unit and the countertop. This spot is not a sanitary space to store food processing equipment.
Corrective Action(s): The knives were removed from the space between the prep cooler unit and the countertop. The knives were placed in the two compartment sink to be washed, rinsed, sanitized, and air dried.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Three food contact surface sanitizer spray bottles registered >200 ppm chlorine.
Corrective Action(s): Staff were able to create new food contact surface sanitizer that registered between 100-200 ppm chlorine.

- Two compartment sinks available for manual ware washing, drain plugs availabe
- Food contact surface sanitizer registered at 200 ppm QUATs and 100 ppm chlorine (see code 209 for exception)
Note: 2ml bleach solution is mixed with 1L water for a 100 ppm chlorine solution
- Cookline maintained in a sanitary manner
- Overall sanitation of facility was adequate
