Comments

- Joint inspection with EHO Arvinder Brar. Discussed the use of beard restraints for food handlers. To be further discussed with management/council.

- Routine inspection also conducted.
- One walk-in cooler was not turned on and was not storing any food - OK.
- Other walk-in cooler was measured to be at 3C.
- Hot held food items were held in hot holding units and were above 60C. Good.
- Dishwasher reached 74C at dish surface during rinse cycle
- Hand sink was supplied with hot and cold running water and liquid soap. **Ensure hand sink is also always supplied with paper towels.
- Bleach available for sanitizing surfaces. **Ensure to mix 1 oz of bleach with 1 gallon of water for proper concentrations.
- Food storage practices satisfactory. Dry storage areas well organized, dry ingredient bins available. *Ensure bins have lids.
