Pest control service agreement in place. Invoice available. Ensure corrective actions identified by pest control service are implemented in a timely fashion. Premise cleaning has been completed. Mouse droppings not observed. Walls and ceiling have been refinished to an acceptable level. All unused cooler, freezer and coffee equipment have been removed from the premise. Note additional cooler and freezer to be installed at a later date. Ensure cooler is equipped with a thermometer for temperature monitoring.
