facility still looks brand new. cooling units less than 4 C. Freezers below -18 C. three sink dishwashing in place and sanitize sink at 100 ppm dishwasher in use and measured 74 C at plate. Sanibucket also set up at sinks for cloths and measured 200 ppm Handwash facilities all good. General saanitation looks good. no issues.
