Correction: Empty out the machine, manually scrub/clean the inside (white plastic parts as shown at this time), rinse and sanitize all surfaces before filling it with ice again. Follow-up inspection conducted: CODE 301 in compliance. Ice machine scrubbed/cleaned and sanitized. Stand up cooler handles have been taped for better security. Mop sink has been repaired. Ensure to have the rest of the equipment mentioned on the routine inspection report repaired and clean all hard to reach areas as discussed at this time.
