Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No sanitizer solution in containers/spray bottle present during time of inspection. Household bleach is available in jugs.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure a made up sanitizer solution is always available during operation of Food premises. e.g. bleach sanitizer solution (1/2 tsp of bleach per 1L of water). Reusable towels must be in The sanitizer solution in between uses or Single use paper towels must be discarded after each use. A sanitizer solution (bleach) was made during the inspection @ 100 ppm.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): -no soap present in back handwash sink. Paper towels not present in front handwash sink.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Ice scoop handle is in contact with the ice in the Ice machine
Corrective Action(s): ensure the ice scoop handle is above the ice or in a clean container.

-general sanitation is satisfactory
-no obvious signs of pests noted
-staff on site demonstrated correct ware washing procedures

-food premises was opened 06/08/2017, health permit has not been received yet
