Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach sanitizer solution in bucket for storing wiping cloths was at less than 50 ppm.
Corrective Action(s): Staff changed the bleach solution at time of inspection; greater than 100 ppm chlorine detected.
Ensure to change sanitizer solution every 4 hours at a minimum or sooner when the solution becomes visibly dirty.

- Pizza prep cooler measured to be at 3C
- Upright 2-door freezer measured to be at -14C
- Pizza hot holding unit measured to be above 60C
- Food storage practices satisfactory; all food stored off the ground and covered
- General sanitation satisfactory
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection.
