Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 4 bottles of orange juice stored inside the beverage cooler at the front reception area measured with internal food product temperature of 9.5C. The label on the bottle stated the product must be kept refrigerated.
Corrective Action(s): 4 bottles of the orange juices were discarded by the operator.

206 - Hot potentially hazardous food stored/displayed below 60 °C. [s. 14(2)]
Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Egg tarts and BBQ pork buns stored inside the warmer measured with an internal food product temperature of 45C. Operator stated the items were prepared an hour ago.
Corrective Action(s): Adjust the temperature switch on the warmer to ensure egg tarts and BBQ pork buns are kept at 60C or above. Temperature in the warmer must be verified every 2 hours to ensure it is above 60C.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): One knife was stored in the crack in between two stainless steel preparation table.
Corrective Action(s): Do not store knives in cracks. Knives must be stored in proper food grade holder that can be cleaned and sanitized properly. Clean and sanitize the aforementioned knife.

Observation: 1. One moldy reusable cloth was used to cover two containers of chopped onions in the walk-in cooler.
2. Containers of raw meat were stored close to the one container of chopped cucumber in the walk-in cooler.
3. Plastic shopping bag was used to cover chopped vegetables in the walk-in cooler.
4. Multiple containers of food stored inside coolers were not covered.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Remove the moldy cloth from the premise and discard two containers of chopped onions. Reusable cloth must be not used to cover food as it can not be cleaned and sanitized properly. Corrected during inspection.
2. Move the container of chopped cucumber away from raw meat. Raw meat must always be stored away from ready-to-eat foods and vegetables as meat juices may contaminate those foods. Corrected during inspection.
3. Do not use plastic shopping bag to cover food. Use food grade containers or bags for store and cover food. Corrected during inspection.
4. Food stored inside the cooler must be covered with a food grade cover. Correct by: today.

Observation: 1. Beverage cooler near the front reception area measured with an ambient air temperature of 9C.
2. Two hot water faucets for the 3 compartment sink did not work properly and hot water could not be dispensed.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Service / fix the beverage cooler to ensure an ambient air temperature of 4C or less can be maintained. Correct by: Dec 6, 2019.
2. Fix the hot water faucets to ensure hot water can be dispensed at the 3 compartment sink. Correct by: Dec 4, 2019.
