Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handwashing station by walk-in freezer had paper products inside. When paper products were removed to wash hands, staff mentioned that they do not use this handsink. Repeat.
Corrective Action(s): All handwashing stations must be accessible, nothing stored inside and always equipped with hot, cold running water and soap, paper towel. Do not use this sink as extra counter space to store miscellaneous items.

Observation: Several food products stored on the floor of walk-in freezer (bagels, tarts etc.). Repeat.
Corrective Action(s): Discard unused boxes in the walk-in freezer, utilize the shelving units to store food so they are not left on the ground.

Observation: Food spill inside sandwich undercounter cooler, food debris collected in glass reach in coolers in the back. Spills noted outside of ice machine.
