Observation: 2 hand washing stations located in the process area and 1 hand washing station located in the cheese processing cooler were not provided with hot/cold running water.
Corrective Action(s): Service the aforementioned hand washing station to ensure hand washing stations are provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels. Every hand washing station must be free of obstruction. Correct by: March 20, 2020.

Routine inspection:
- Walk-in cooler maintained at 4C.
- Walk-in freezer maintained at -22C.
- Temperature monitoring system in place.
- Front entrance hand washing stations provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- Food equipment cleaned and sanitized every 2-3 hours.
- ZEP Alcosan used to sanitize food contact surfaces.
- Metal detector available and tested at the time of inspection.
- The low temperature dishwasher dispensed 100 ppm chlorine at the plate level.
- Professional pest control company contracted. Reports available for review.
- Temperature logs maintained and available for review.
- General sanitation satisfactory.
