Follow up to the initial inspection for ownership change. Operator provided: -Updated floor plans -Certificate of incorporation Health Approval is not granted at this time. Follow up inspection to be conducted at a later date. To be corrected: -Repair the compressor in the walk in cooler so that it is not longer leaking. -Remove all non-food items (speakers, file cabinet) from the food area. -Upright double door cooler needs to be cleaned and free of mould. Gasket needs to be repaired. Observations: -3-compartment sink had functional plugs available. -New lights installed with shatter-proof casing. -Large pots and pans removed from premise. -Rodent droppings cleaned up. Citiwide pest control company will come in once a month. -Functional handwashing sink. -Drain racks installed. -Functional light in the dishwashing area. -Ventilation hood grills were clean. -Non-food items were removed form food preparation area. -All broken and damaged equipment was removed. -Storage items (food items) removed from washroom. -All coolers were equipped with thermometers.
