-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Upright freezer was at -20C.
-Chemical dishwasher had a final rinse of 50ppm chlorine on the dish surface (minimum of 50ppm required for proper sanitizing).
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Quats sanitizer spray bottles labelled and tested at 200ppm.
-Test strips available to verify chlorine and Quats sanitizer levels.
-Minimal amounts of food stored on-site. Foods stored off the ground and in pest proof containers.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Facility is serviced by a professional pest control operator. No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
