- Freezer temperatures are ≤-18o Celsius
- Chlorine bleach available on-site for usage as a food-grade sanitizer (Use 1tbsp. bleach per 4 Litres of water)
- Lysol spray sanitizer also available. Ensure to follow directions on the label if used to sanitize food contact surfaces (ie. some require surfaces to be rinsed afterwards).
- Ice cream scoop dipper well in use at time of inspection
- Facility appears clean and well-organized
