Observation: Soiled knives stored on magnetic knife strips.

Soiled food utensils hung above food preparation sinks.

Shelves used to stored clean dishware and single use take-out containers are covered with flour and other debris.
Correction: Cleaned, sanitized food equipment and utensils are to be stored in a sanitary location that protects them from contamination prior to their next use.

All food equipment and utensils where possible are to be cleaned and sanitized after use, using the dishwasher equipment.

Staff personal items removed from food storage and food preparation areas.

Magnetic knife strips and utensils observed in sanitary condition. Ensure all food utensils are cleaned and sanitized after use.

Wiping rags stored in containers of sanitizer solution, 100 ppm chlorine.

Oversized mixing bowl removed from premise.

Premise cleaning conducted, premise sanitation improved. Ensure cleaning is conducted daily to maintain premise sanitation.
