- Service report from Ecolab checked. Spray treatment done on Dec 5, 2024. 2nd treatment is recommended. Ensure to have 2nd treatment done in a month. Areas with cockroach activity are mop sink, dishwasher and cooler areas as per the report. - Before & after pictures provided for cleaning. - Most of the cleaning has been done. *Floor underneath the cookline requires more cleaning as there are some grease still being observed. - Low temperature dishwasher is operational. Final rinse water had 100ppm chlorine. Operator stated that the tubes will be replaced soon. - Veggie stand up cooler at 4C or below. Operator stated that the technician only cleaned the filter and stated that the unit itself is not defective. Observed warmer temperature from bottom shelves which is further away from the fan. Ensure the cooler is not overly packed to allow cold air circulation. *Repeat spray treatment in 2025 January. Conduct another deep cleaning (behind & underneath the coolers). Correction Order rescinded.
