- Inspection in response to ownership change
- Operator reported no significant changes to menu or layout.
- Application form + health permit fee >50 seats ($104.17 Nov. - March cheque 909) submitted. Copy of Foodsafe level 1 certificate for operator was shown.
*Certificate of Incorporation to be faxed or emailed
- Operator to complete Food safety plan + sanitation plan within 2 weeks. Submit via email .
- Hand sinks supplied with liquid soap + paper towel
- Coolers were 4C or colder. Thermometers present
- 50ppm chlorine detected on dishware after dishwasher cycle. Obtain chlorine test strips to check daily
- Bleach solution present in spray bottles and buckets for sanitizing food contact surfaces.
* Cleaning + organization is needed in back storage area to ensure all good items are stored on shelving 6 inches off of the floor. Additional shelving may be needed.
Remove any items (excess buckets) which are not needed.
- Premises has health approval to operate however food safety + sanitation plan must be submitted according to timeframe specified above.
Post Health permit in visible location when it arrives.
