-Handwashing sinks equipped with liquid soap and disposable paper towels.
-Ice machine was in good sanitary condition - no signs of mould or mildew were noted.

General
-Overall sanitation of facility satisfactory
-Time tracking is being used to track potentially hazardous foods in preparation area.
-All packages were sealed/covered and stored at least 6" off the ground.
-No signs of pests were noted at the time of inspection.
-Back door was closed, employee area is separated from kitchen.
