Premise is clean and organized.
Sanitizer is 200 ppm quats.
Hand sinks are stocked. Paper towel dispenser is broken; repair. Paper towels currently kept on counter. This is not ideal.
No sign of pests.
Fridges are all <4 Celsius.
Note that some of the display fridges were quite empty; Fridges were not working and have since been repaired. Affected meats were discarded.
