Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Watched staff put on new gloves with out washing hands first.
Corrective Action(s): REmind all staff of proper hand washing, for example hands must be washed before putting on new gloves.

Observation: 1. Found dishwasher to be leaking, water pooling under and to the side of the dishwasher.
2. Found leaks in both the walk in cooler and the 3 door prep cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Have all leaks repaired in the dishwasher and cooler, to prevent pooling of water which can attract pests and to prevent contamination of food.
