General:
- handwashing station stocked with soap, paper towels and warm and cold running water
- sanitizer measured 200ppm at sanibucket and dispenser
- sanitizer to be replaced every two hours and slicer to be cleaned every hour as per signage on wall
- FOODSAFE requirements met
- ensure foods are cooled from 60-20C in 2 hours or less and from 20-4C in 4 hours or less
