Comments

Walk in cooler was at right at 4 deg C (40 deg F) at time of inspection, no meats/fish stored inside
**this cooler is an older unit. It does not maintain cold internal temperature if the door is opened too frequently. Keep recording the temperatures daily. If temperatures are higher than 40 deg F/4 deg C, this cooler needs to be repaired.
Cleaning and organization has greatly improved in kitchen area. Old boxes have been removed.
**Ensure to keep the dishwasher area organized, do not put too many items on the floor.
Garbage bags not being used for food storage anymore- good

Follow up inspection will be done to verify that:
1) Cleaning and organization in kitchen is still being maintained
2) Walk in cooler is still functioning at <4 deg c (<40 deg F)

Thank you.
