Introduction

An unscheduled routine inspection was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulations (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DLSP). All categories of care were inspected for compliance.

Observed Violations

No violations were found during the inspection.

Comments

At the inspection dated November 10, 2021 there were 3 children and 4 staff present. At this inspection no contraventions were identified. As part of this Routine Inspection a Facility Risk Assessment Tool is completed and a copy is provided. The following education/recommendations were provided: · Updating the Fraser Health registrations for new children · Staff Immunization status Visit the CCFL website at www.fraserhealth.ca/childcare for additional resources, and links to the Legislation (CCALA and CCLR). This report was discussed with the Manager and written off site.
