Missing End cap on rinse spray arm in dishwasher has been replaced. Final rinse pressure observed to be approx. 20psi. Final rinse water temperature tested at 76 to 77c (At plate level). Dishwasher may be used once again for warewashing.
*Ensure staff regularly inspect the dishwasher to ensure end caps are present on both the upper and lower spray arms.
