Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand sink paper towel was not available in dispenser.
Operator provided paper towel during the inspection.

Observation: Both hand sinks were dry at the time of inspection.
Front server hand sink was plugged and needs repair. Cook said this was not being used at all.
Possibly using the 3-comp sink to wash hands but this was not observed during the inspection.
Operator was wearing gloves during inspection and going between using cell phone and food prep without washing hands or changing gloves.
Operator said she does change her gloves and wash hands but this was not observed.
Corrective Action(s): Please wash hands between changing tasks. If gloves must be warn, please ensure you wash hands and change gloves between different tasks.
Use designated hand sinks to wash hands especially after handling meats and before preparing salads.

Observation: Equipment such as walk in cooler, freezers, small portable coolers for delivery have grime and residue covering them. Other food prep surfaces have grease or food residue and stains covering them.
Floors feel greasy and slippery.
Corrective Action(s): Please scrub and clean surfaces and maintain in sanitary condition.

Staff washroom generally clean and well supplied with soap and paper towel in dispensers.
Powdered bleach available for sanitizing dishes.
Hot water in supply.
Dry storage organized, foods are covered and protected from contamination.
