-Prep cooler: 4 deg. C, insert level: 5 deg. C
*Toppings in insert level are typically used and replenished within 4 hours.
-Prep freezer: -16 deg. C (all items frozen solid)
-Beverage cooler: 4 deg. C
-Handsinks supplied with warm water, liquid soap and paper towels
-Manual warewashing method adequately explained
-200ppm bleach sanitizing solution available for back and front of house.
-All food stored off the floor.
-General sanitation satisfactory (except above noted).
-Time tracking of room temperature pizza is implemented
-->Timers are set for 80 mins, afterwhich leftovers are discarded.
-No signs of pests at the time of inspection
