Corrective Action(s): Follow the 4 steps of manual dishwashing 1-Wash (warm water and detergent) 2. Rinse with clean water 3 -Soak in sanitizer: 1 oz of bleach in 1 gallon of water for 2 minute 4. Air dry

Comments

-Noted a lot smoke and noted frying pan full of oil despite the fact that this has been communicated SEVERAL TIMES to the operator that due to not having proper ventilation NO FRYING -NO DEEP FRYING of any foods are allowed. This matter will be referred to the city of port moody. All frying pans and cooking equipment must be removed from the facility.
-All the noted issues must be addressed fully.

- Operator along with a person to translate to meet the inspector at the Fraser health office located at 300-205 Newport Drive Port moody at 9:30 am tomorrow to discuss all violations and receive violation ticket (fines).

Correction order is issued for 1-deep frying 2 failure to clean and sanitize utensils
