Follow-up inspection to confirm completion of corrective actions communicated on previous visit:
-Doorsweep has been installed on rear door to create a tight seal
-Hole in the washroom wall has been re-sealed
-Chlorine sanitizer is now available in spray bottles (2 tbsp bleach per Litre).
*Recommend reducing chlorine concentration in the food surface sanitizer bottles, as current concentration will require food-contact surfaces to be rinsed with water after sanitizing.
*Use 1/2 tbsp per Litre of water (spray bottle volume) to make a foodgrade no-rinse sanitizer solution
-Sanitation is improving, however, further efforts are required to remove residues and debris in the premises.
*Thoroughly scrub affected areas with a commercial-grade detergent to remove grease and tough residues from surfaces
*Continue efforts to remove rodent droppings and disinfect surfaces daily
*Schedule an appointment with your pest control technician to assess the premises and treat the pest activity
