Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
- Observed two metal inserts of cooked chicken in ambient with lids on. They were taken out from hot holding unit.
Corrective Action(s):
- Staff stated that it was pulled out from the warmer 30 minutes ago. Probed at 39-42C. Ensure to have the lids open when cooling.

Observation:
- Nesting materials observed in the left most corner of the store entrance where the window bar sits are present.
Corrective Action(s):
- Inspect the whole storage compartment underneath the bar for any holes & gaps. Clean up the nesting material. Seal up any holes and gaps found.

- Observed old mouse droppings behind the microwave.
- Mouse droppings observed on the floor underneath the griddle where meat grinder and slicer are stored directly on the floor.
Corrective Action(s):
- Staff cleaned & sanitized the area behind the microwave.
- Ensure to take out all equipment from the floor underneath the griddle, clean & sanitize the area. Do not place food processing equipment directly on the floor. Ensure to clean and sanitize the equipment before use.
