Routine inspection completed today: Handwash stations, including restrooms, were accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel. All refrigeration units were noted at 4C or less. All freezer units were noted at -18C or less. Proper storage hierarchy noted in the cold and dry storage units. Sanitizer container was available in the back of house and multiple containers of sanitizer spray bottles were available in the front of house. All noted with 200 ppm bleach. Two high temperature dishmachines are available at the facility. 71.0C and 73.4C were noted at the dish level during the rinse cycle in the dishmachines. General organization and sanitation satisfactory. Only minor buildup was noted in the interior door (sides) of the back of house dishmachine. No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection.
