Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The hand washing station in the kitchen was obstructed by two water jugs. The manager removed water jugs from the basin at this time. Ensure hand washing stations are always accessible for hand washing purpose only.

Observation: Alteration to the floor plan observed. A new wall constructed near the kitchen entrance. Coolers and dry storage area relocated behind the new wall. No health concerns at this time with the alteration.
Corrective Action(s): Submit most updated floor plan to the district health inspector. Correct this by: 2 weeks.

Follow up inspection to the JGUU-CPNU2R conducted:
Food contact surface sanitizer in the kitchen was measured at 100-200 ppm chlorine as per test papers.
Vegetable dicer on the wall is not in use anymore. The operator plans to take it down permanently as they now have different equipment for dicing vegetables.
Bar's hand washing station is fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
High temperature dishwasher's sanitizing cycle was measured at 74.1C at the plate level.
