Comments

- Temperature of all coolers and freezers were adequate.
- Liquid soap and paper towels were present at hand wash sinks.
- Dishwasher final rinse temperature was 71 degrees C at the plate.
- Glass washer final rinse temperature was 71 degrees C at the plate.
- Sanitizer solution was available.
**please use "hard surface sanitizer" for all food contact surfaces. Ensure that all food contact surfaces are sanitized at least ever 2-3 hours during use.
** Some fruit flies noted. Attention to spills and wiping down surfaces regularly will help keep the flies in check.
** Peeling baseboards on schedule to be replaced.
