Infractions from previous inspection corrected:
- Food now protected from contamination. Utensils are sanitary.

Notes: -frozen meats are now thawed/cooled properly in cooler at 4C or below in main walk in cooler.
-No food prep is being done in hand sink.
-Paper towel dispensers awaiting paper. Rolls of paper towels are in used on the side of station. - acceptable.

A recommendation for a small dolly to carry/hold food for supplies when they arrive would be useful for organization.
