Observation: No bleach sanitizer available on site. Minimal food processing completed on site.
Corrective Action(s): Obtain bleach and prepare sanitizer in spray bottle at a concentration of 100-200 ppm chlorine concentration to adequately sanitize food contact surfaces. Do not process any vegetables or fruits until bleach sanitizer is verified available on site by the health inspector. Only sell pre-packaged foods and whole fruits and vegetables until the follow-up inspection.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
1. One can of mango pupl observed dented. Staff voluntarily removed the can of mango pulp from the shelf to be returned to the supplier.

2. Multiple food items observed on shelves in the staff washroom during inspection. Items are observed expired and intended for refund to supplier.
Corrective Action(s): Do not store dented cans or other food items with improper packaging to prevent potential contamination of food.
Remove all food items from the staff washroom. Do not store any food items in the staff washroom, regardless if the item is pre-packaged, to prevent potential contamination of food. Designate a space in the back storage area for items intended for refund.

Observations:
- Walk-in cooler at 4'C
- Display produce cooler at 4'C
- Ice cream chest freezer at -19'C
- Display freezer at -20'C
- General sanitation is good during inspection (except for violation #302)
- Hand washing stations are adequately supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- 2-compartment sink available with drain plugs
- No signs of pests during inspection
- All foods observed covered and stored at least 6 inches off the floor
