Staff member mentioned that they use the wash, rinse, sanitize, and air dry sequence for manual ware-washing. Note: Dishwashing was not occurring at the time of inspection. Soiled containers were not observed in the third compartment sink designated for sanitizing clean dishes -Good.
No signs of recent pest activity were observed at the time of inspection. |
