Observation: Mouse droppings observed on multiple shelves in the dry storage area and some foods have been tampered and contaminated:
-spice area bags, pasta noodles
Corrective Action(s): Operator is to close the dry storage area of the store immediately -no goods are to be sold from that half of the store
-Operator is to go through all foods in the dry storage area for any tampering or contamination -throw out any foods altered
-Operator is to clean and sanitize with bleach (1/2 teaspoon bleach + 1 liter of water) all shelves of the dry storage area
-Any remaining packaged not found to be altered are also to be wiped down with the bleach solution
-Operator is to hire a professional pest control company for inspection of the business -a copy of the invoice and work report is to be forwarded to me before re-opening of this section
