Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach sanitizer had not detectable chlorine concentration.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure bleach sanitizer is maintained at 100ppm to 200ppm to allow for proper sanitizing of food contact surfaces. To prepare 100ppm to 200ppm bleach sanitizer, add 1 teaspoon of bleach into 1 litre of water. Bleach at 200ppm was prepared at the time of inspection.

Comments

-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Prep cooler was at 4C (top and bottom).
-Chest freezer was at -15C.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 3-compartment sink. Bleach and sink plugs present.
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Meat slicer and equipment was found to be clean and sanitary.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and covered.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalent training valid until February 04, 2025.
