Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Debris noted in the container holding clean food utensils such as knives.
Corrective Action(s): **Issue corrected during the inspection** Operator cleaned out the container and all the utensils that were in the container went into the dish machine for washing and sanitizing. Please ensure all cleaned utensils are stored in a sanitary container/ manner to avoid recontaminating them after cleaning.

Observation: Only the decal was posted at this facility, permit was not posted with the decal. Note: This violation has been cited during the last routine inspection (see report# AHEN-CLFUCL).
Corrective Action(s): Operator must locate their permit to operate or order a replacement form from Fraser Health. Once located or reissued, operator must post the permit along with the decal in a conspicuous location. Replacement form reprinted for operator.

Corrective Action(s): Remove all improper dispensers and replace with proper ones with handles. Proper dispensers must be stored in a way where the handles do not come into contact with food.

Observation: Dried on food soil and debris noted in the following areas:
1. Along the wall at the back of the cookline.
2. On the floor below the 3-compartment sink.
3. On the wall by the 3-compartment sink.
Corrective Action(s): Scrape, clean and sanitize the abovementioned areas and maintain in a sanitary condition as per your Sanitation Plan after the deep cleaning.

Routine inspection conducted today:
Handwash stations, including unit in washroom, were accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
All refrigeration units were at 4.0C or below.
All freezer units were at -18.0C or below.
Storage hierarchy acceptable.
Sanitizer spray bottle available. 200 PPM chlorine residual detected
Drain plugs available for the 3-compartment sink.
High temperature dish machine was able to reach 75.0C at the plate level during the rinse cycle.
No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection.
Note: As per operator, they are using LED lights which is why some of the light fixtures are missing the shields - not required if using break resistant bulbs.
Operator has a valid FOODSAFE level 1 equivalent certificate.
